Stagnation setting in.

As I have not posted in a couple of weeks I need to at least keep posting to move on and find motivation. As "Hobby Time" is being followed, it has been taken up by cleaning, basing and taking inventory of what I've gotten in a barter town trade.
My host of bugs has seen a population explosion, with another trade in the wind a second generation will soon be born.
Out of the recent trade a Parasite of Mortex and a Doom of Malanti will be spawned.
With all the Carnifex's now on my shelf I should be able to bring Old one Eye, a couple of Tervigon's and maybe even a Harpy to the table.
As I say all of this I feel that the new influx of models has stalled my progress on moving on with the Chaos horde. As I plug through this feeling I will come out on the other side wanting to more then likely wanting to do bigger bugs.
I plan to take a break this week end and next week to break the chain and get some painting done, some models that I have agreed to paint for one reason or another.

Small Steps into the New Year

As the first couple of weeks of the new year went by not much has been accomplished hobby wise. Getting the Hordes stuff ready for barter town and coordinating trade have taken up a lot of my hobby related time. As the last trade has gone out now I can concentrate on getting down to business.
Unfortunately that means getting the ton load of bugs that I have amassed ready for the table, not painted mind you, but at least cleaned up, sorted and stripped if need be. With the amount of stuff I have coming in takes the pressure off having to cast a lot of stuff as the doubles/triples I will have make converting more of a viable option.
Only thing Ive gotten painted this week is a few guard doges for my Guild force.

Today starts the allotted hobby time week ends get an hour - week days 1/2 hour.
I will of course use more as I will be attempting to heavily modify an old Carnifex to be the base for my Tyrant Guard. I will hopefully have pics of that progress next week, see ya then
